Global Warming was created by man, but the Greenhouse Effect is a factor of Global Warming. The Greenhouse Effect is when heat from the sun gets trapped inside the troposhere. This is a natural process, but the heat is absorbed by Earth, that it is why Earth is not naturally burning up (much like a greenhouse). Global Warming is creating so much heat, it is too much heat for the Earth to absorb, this overloads the Greenhouse Effect. This is leaving heat left over that is melting icebergs and turning rainforests into desert.
